Urgent Requirement For Assistant Sales Manager

Job description:

We are hiring an Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) for the North India region. This is a field sales role involving dealer/distributor handling, business development, and achievement of assigned sales targets within the territory.

The position is suitable for candidates currently working as ASM / Senior Sales Executive / Area Sales Executive/ TSM with strong field exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and grow assigned territory sales in North India

Manage dealers, distributors, and retail network

Drive primary and secondary sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Appoint new dealers/distributors as per the business plan

Ensure market coverage, product visibility, and scheme execution

Follow up on collections and outstanding payments

Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales

Strong experience in Channel Sales / Dealer & Distributor Handling

Exposure to North Indian markets is mandatory

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Industry Experience:
