Job Description

lead the telesales team and manage daily outbound calling operations.

2. set and monitor individual calls & sales targets and team sales targets.

3. support team members on live calls to close sales and resolve client queries when needed.

4. maintain high call quality and adherence to sales systems.

5. ensure that each sales agent is coached on how to sell our online product & services.

6. conduct daily and weekly review meetings to track progress & plan instant actions.

7. identify performance gaps and provide individual coaching to improve results.

8. motivate the team to achieve business goals & a positive work culture.

9. report sales performance and implement feedback & ideas for growth.

10. ensure client satisfaction with prompt and professional service.;
