Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support and drive sales initiatives, manage key client accounts, and assist in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives; provide training and performance feedback.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
Handle negotiations and close high-value deals with clients.
Address customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Mater's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
