Making Outbound calls on a daily basis to the customers and understanding their actual requirements and budget for Commercial/ Residential Property.
Managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to various project sales teams.
To help the sales team qualify leads.
Ability to work under pressure.
Attention to Detail.
Handling customer queries.
Doing Pre-sales Calls.
Solving pre and post-sales queries of the customers.
Attending inbound calls and solving property-related queries of the customers.
Doing outbound sales calls to hot leads.
Explaining clients about real estate properties
Giving property consultation to the client.
