· Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner. Check and build participation interest in various Executive education programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions.

· Develop unique strategies with CXO's to make the team S&M positive which eventually lead to make the vertical P&L positive.

 Collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.

 Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

 Providing regular performance feedback to the sales team.

 Implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
