Responsible for recruitment and overall quality system in HR department
Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates
Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, policies and other HR related documents.
Maintain employees' leaves, medical and attendance records. Keeping track of employees' attendance / absenteeism and report to the HR Manager.
Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees' documents, medical insurance policies, managing Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity and other Labour Laws)
Conduct induction program and briefing to new employee
Attending / Understanding employee's grievances in their work engagement level and implementing corrective measures for them.
Conducting and encouraging employees towards employee engagement activities
Delivering timely dashboards.
