As an Assistant Human Resource at TATA STEEL in Sambalpur, India, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, conducting onboarding for new employees, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and supporting HR initiatives and projects. You will also be involved in handling employee queries, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks are important for success in this position. Prior experience in HR or related fields is an advantage but not required for candidates with the right qualifications and enthusiasm for HR work.
