We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with strong exposure to the Professional Salon Industry to drive sales, distribution and business growth across the assigned region.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop channel partners/distributors across the region

• Manage 8-10 distributors and drive primary & secondary sales

• Handle monthly business of approximately ₹20-30 Lakhs CLP

• Drive sales growth in terms of value and volume

• Expand distribution and ensure effective SKU penetration & range selling in salons

• Develop strategies to address market competition

• Execute territory-wise business, promotional and marketing plans

• Drive new salon acquisitions, customer retention and client upgradation

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets

• Organize education seminars, product training and salon training programs

🎯 Candidate Profile

✅ 5+ years of experience in the Salon Industry

✅ Mandatory: Experience in the Professional Salon Division

✅ Strong knowledge of Salon, Retail & Wholesale markets

✅ Proven distributor/channel management experience

✅ Strong leadership and team-handling skills

✅ Good understanding of sales planning and territory management
