Casey Group is hiring experienced area sales managers for its retail chain segment to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of sales executives with other sales positions. Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Identify potential leads for super stockiest & distributors and convert them into successful business entity for the company.
€¢ Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team in your assigned work location.
€¢ Making strategy to achieve sales targets through the sales team.
€¢ Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
€¢ Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
€¢ Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
€¢ Analyze the sales data of your team and provide insights wherever necessary to improve sales and business figure.
€¢ Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
€¢ Ensure compliance with company€™s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
€¢ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
€¢ Proven sales experience in insurance, banking, FMCG.
€¢ Proven track record of meeting end-to-end sales targets.
€¢ Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
€¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
€¢ Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
€¢ Effective communication skills.
