Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Distribution:
o Drive primary and secondary sales of mineral water products across
assigned territories.
o Appoint and manage distributors and retail partners in each city.
o Ensure product availability and visibility in general trade, horeca (hotels,
restaurants, cafés), and institutional channels.
- Market Development:
o Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
o Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and gather
customer feedback.
o Execute promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives.
- Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and
key accounts.
o Resolve customer queries and ensure high service levels.
- Reporting & Analysis:
o Maintain sales records and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
o Track sales targets, collections, and stock levels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor-s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2 - 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in beverages or packaged
water.
