role summary sales executive:

we are looking for energetic and result-oriented sales executives to drive regional growth by managing and expanding our dealer/distributor network. this is a field-based role ideal for professionals passionate about sales, customer engagement, and agricultural solutions.

key responsibilities:

execute sales and marketing plans aligned with company targets

identify and appoint new dealers/distributors in assigned territories

monitor competitor activity and market trends

achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals

promote doctor pumps brand through dealer events and local marketing

support demand generation and word-of-mouth campaigns

ensure dealer satisfaction and relationship management

prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to management

attend training and workshops as required

candidate profile:

education:

/ / mba (marketing or agriculture) / any graduate

experience:

1 to 4 years in a relevant sales role, preferably in:

o pump industry

o pipe / cable / fittings industry

o seeds & pesticides

o agricultural implements

experience in managing dealer/distributor networks is a must.

key skills:

convincing & negotiation skills

strong interpersonal and communication abilities

strategic thinking and market analysis

effective time and team management

proficiency in ms office

adaptable and self-driven attitude

compensation & benefits:

salary: up to 40,000/month (negotiable if found good candidate)
