Urgent Requirement For Area Sales Executive

Role Summary €“ Sales Executive:

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive regional growth by managing and expanding our dealer/distributor network. This is a field-based role ideal for professionals passionate about sales, customer engagement, and agricultural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Execute sales and marketing plans aligned with company targets

€¢ Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors in assigned territories

€¢ Monitor competitor activity and market trends

€¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals

€¢ Promote Doctor Pumps brand through dealer events and local marketing

€¢ Support demand generation and word-of-mouth campaigns

€¢ Ensure dealer satisfaction and relationship management

€¢ Prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to management

€¢ Attend training and workshops as required

Candidate Profile:

Education:

€¢ / / MBA (Marketing or Agriculture) / Any Graduate

Experience:

€¢ 1 to 4 years in a relevant sales role, preferably in:

o Pump Industry

o Pipe / Cable / Fittings Industry

o Seeds & Pesticides

o Agricultural Implements

€¢ Experience in managing dealer/distributor networks is a must.

€¢ Convincing & negotiation skills

€¢ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

€¢ Strategic thinking and market analysis

€¢ Effective time and team management

€¢ Proficiency in MS Office

€¢ Adaptable and self-driven attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

€¢ Salary: Up to ‚¹40,000/month (Negotiable if found good candidate)

€¢ Additional perks as per company policy (incentives, travel allowances, etc.)
