Job Summary
Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in field sales, B2B sales, channel sales, and solar distribution. The candidate will be responsible for developing business, managing channels, and increasing market presence in the assigned locations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities
Handle B2B sales for solar products and solutions
Develop and manage channel partners and distributors
Build and strengthen the distribution network in the assigned territory
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market visits and identify new customers
Maintain relationships with existing clients and channel partners
Prepare sales reports and update daily activities regularly
Required Experience & Skills
23 years of experience in field sales
Experience in B2B sales and channel sales
Prior experience in solar sales will be preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Education Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
