Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) :Experience in the Mortgage Industry Minimum 5+ years of experience in home loans & LAP (Loan Against Property).At least 2+ years in a sales leadership role.DSA knowledge is must required.Candidate should have prior experience in Field sales only in Home loans / LAP / Business Loans.Good verbal and written communication skills for seamless stakeholder interactions.Candidate should have experience in onboarding new clients.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership Develop and execute result-driven strategies to achieve sales targets while leading, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing sales team. Home Loan & LAP Sales Growth Drive sales through channel partners, advisors, connectors, and the open market, while seamlessly coordinating with banks and NBFCs for effi cient loan processing. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations to drive impactful sales initiatives and ensure alignment of sales strategies across different zones.What You Need to Have: Experience in the Mortgage Industry Minimum 5+ years of experience in home loans & LAP.
