We are looking for dedicated Airport Ticketing Staff in Lucknow, India. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ticket Issuance: You will handle the sale and issuance of tickets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline policies. This includes assisting customers in selecting and booking their flights.

- Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and giving travel advice. You will assist passengers with check-in procedures and provide information about flight schedules.

- Payment Processing: Accurately process payments for ticket purchases, including cash and credit transactions. You will ensure that all financial transactions are completed efficiently and securely.

- Documentation Support: Help in preparing necessary travel documents and keeping records up to date. This includes verifying passenger identification and travel documents before issuance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have at least a 12th-grade education. Experience in customer service or ticketing is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for interacting with passengers. You must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure during peak hours.
