Key Responsibilities:

3. **Check-In Assistance**: Help passengers during the check-in process, guiding them through necessary procedures and resolving any issues that may arise.
4. **Problem Resolution**: Handle complaints and assist passengers with any changes to their travel plans, such as cancellations or rebookings, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
5. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of ticket transactions and assist in managing daily operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
Required Skills and Expectations:
