Hiring Fresher / Airport Manager / 10th Pass

We are looking for a dedicated Airport Supervisor who will manage daily airport operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and pleasant experience for passengers and airline staff. This full-time position is based in Durgapur, India, and is open to freshers who have completed their 10th grade.

Key responsibilities include overseeing check-in and boarding processes to ensure smooth operations. You will coordinate with different airline staff and airport departments to resolve any issues that arise during flights. Additionally, you will monitor safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for everyone. Customer service is also a vital part of this role; you will assist passengers with inquiries and provide information about flight schedules and airport services.

Required skills for this position include strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with staff and passengers. You should be organized and detail-oriented to keep track of multiple tasks at once. The ability to remain calm under pressure is essential, as you may need to handle delays or emergencies. A basic understanding of airport operations will be beneficial. Flexibility in working hours is expected, as you may work in shifts that include weekends and holidays.
