Position Summary:

An Airport Representative serves as the primary point of contact for passengers, ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience by providing customer support, coordinating with airport and airline teams, and resolving travel-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist passengers at airport terminals.

Provide accurate information about flights, boarding gates, baggage claim, and airport services.

Assist with check-in, ticketing, and boarding procedures.

Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Coordinate with airline, ground handling, and airport operations teams.

Support passengers during flight delays, cancellations, and schedule changes.

Assist elderly passengers, families, and travelers requiring special assistance.

Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and customer service standards.

Maintain accurate service records and incident reports.

Promote a professional, courteous, and customer-focused airport environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or aviation is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or customer service systems.

Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
