As an Airport Representative in Jharsuguda, you will serve as a main point of contact for travelers and airline staff, ensuring a smooth travel experience. You will assist with various tasks related to passenger services and contribute to a welcoming airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance: Greet and help passengers with their inquiries, providing information about flights, check-in procedures, and airport facilities, ensuring a friendly and helpful atmosphere.

2. Check-in Support: Assist passengers during the check-in process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, helping to streamline the boarding experience.

3. Luggage Handling: Guide passengers regarding their luggage, including check-in policies and lost baggage procedures, to ensure they are informed and worry-free.

4. Problem Resolution: Address any passenger issues or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating situations to the supervisor when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
