Airport Manager || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for an Airport Manager to oversee daily operations at the Patna airport. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with a passion for aviation and customer service. Candidates should have a background at least up to the 10th grade, and experience is not required.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operational Management: Ensure that airport operations run smoothly, including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling. This involves coordinating with different teams to provide seamless travel experiences for passengers.

- Customer Service Supervision: Address passenger inquiries and complaints, making sure that travelers have a pleasant experience. This includes training staff to deliver excellent service.

- Safety and Compliance Oversight: Monitor airport safety regulations and ensure all staff adhere to security protocols. Regular checks and training sessions will help maintain a safe environment for all.

- Communication Coordination: Act as a liaison between various airport departments, airlines, and government agencies. Effective communication is essential for resolving issues and enhancing airport operations.
