Job Description

- key responsibilities:

1. passenger handling: assist and guide passengers through check-in, security, boarding, and any other airport procedures to ensure a smooth travel experience.

2. customer relationship: interact with passengers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have about their journey.

3. airport ticketing: issue boarding passes, check baggage, and handle ticket changes or cancellations efficiently.

4. airline operations: coordinate with airline staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals of flights.

5. airport operation: assist in various airport operations such as gate assignments, luggage handling, and boarding procedures.

6. airline customer service: provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall travel experience for passengers.
