Position: Airline Customer Service Representative

Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and flight-related queries.

Handle ticketing, baggage, and reservation-related requests.

Provide information about flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and boarding gates.

Support passengers with baggage issues and coordinate with baggage-handling teams.

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Assist elderly passengers, families, and passengers requiring special assistance.

Verify passenger documents according to airline procedures.

Maintain accurate passenger and service records.

Coordinate with airport, security, ground-handling, and airline teams.

Ensure a smooth and professional passenger experience.

Follow airline safety, security, and customer-service policies.

Eligibility

Minimum 10+2 / equivalent qualification.

Good English and communication skills.

Customer-service and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: ₹4 LPA - ₹8 LPA, depending on the airline, experience, location, and allowances.
