Aircraft Operator - Job Description

Position: Aircraft Operator

Annual Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and support daily aircraft operations.

Coordinate aircraft movements, flight schedules, and operational activities.

Communicate with pilots, ground staff, maintenance teams, and air traffic control as required.

Monitor flight status and operational changes.

Assist with flight planning, aircraft allocation, and operational documentation.

Ensure compliance with aviation safety procedures and company operating standards.

Monitor weather, airport conditions, and other operational factors affecting flights.

Handle operational disruptions, delays, and schedule changes.

Maintain accurate flight and aircraft operation records.

Coordinate ground handling, fueling, boarding, and aircraft turnaround activities.

Report operational issues to the appropriate aviation management team.

Support safe, efficient, and timely aircraft operations.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, Airport Management, or a related field.

Knowledge of aircraft operations and aviation procedures.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of flight schedules, airport operations, and safety regulations.

Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
