We are seeking a visionary, dynamic, and seasoned Group Chief Academic Officer (CAO) to spearhead academic governance, institutional quality, and pedagogical innovation across our multi-campus educational group. In this executive leadership role, you will define the overarching academic roadmap, drive curriculum modernization, and ensure standard excellence from foundational schooling through higher education verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Academic Leadership: Formulate and execute the long-term academic vision for all campuses, aligning educational standards with future-ready global competencies.

Curriculum Design & Governance: Oversee the implementation, evaluation, and continuous refinement of comprehensive curricula across all affiliated schools and higher education institutes.

Faculty Excellence & Development: Establish rigorous frameworks for faculty recruitment, professional growth, mentorship, and performance appraisal to foster instructional mastery.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: Direct institutional accreditation processes, regulatory adherence, and internal pedagogical audits to ensure uncompromised educational standards.

Student Outcomes & Analytics: Deploy advanced data analytics tracking mechanisms to monitor student academic achievement, retention rates, competitive examination results, and holistic progress.

Technology & Innovation Integration: Champion the integration of digital learning ecosystems, EdTech tools, hybrid learning models, and modern STEM/STEAM frameworks.

Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the Board of Directors, Managing Trustees, Principals, and institutional heads to align academic goals with operational expansion plans.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: . or Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related core academic discipline from a premier university.

Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in education, with at least 5 to 7 years in a multi-campus leadership role (., Group Director, Dean, or Chief Academic Officer).

Regulatory Expertise: Deep familiarity with national/international educational boards (such as CBSE/ICSE) and higher education statutory frameworks.

Leadership & Vision: Exceptional administrative, public speaking, and team management skills with a proven history of scaling academic institutions.
