we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced admission counsellor with strong sales and communication skills to drive student enrollments for our training programs. the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions, ensuring a smooth and engaging admission process.
key responsibilities:
counsel students and parents about hclc’s job-oriented courses.
convert inquiries into admissions through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
handle telephonic and walk-in inquiries efficiently and maintain proper records.
understand students’ career goals and guide them to choose suitable programs.
achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
conduct information sessions, coordinate with marketing teams, and participate in local promotional events.
maintain a database of leads, track conversions, and provide daily/weekly reports.
build long-term relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
desired candidate profile:
minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or educational sales.
strong sales orientation with a proven record of achieving targets.
excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
fluent in english, hindi, and marathi (preferred).
pleasant personality with a student-first attitude.
