The Inside Sales Executive at SpeedJet will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, converting prospects into confirmed sales, and achieving monthly revenue targets through effective telephonic and digital communication. *Key Responsibilities*
*1. Lead Management & Sales*
Handle inbound leads from calls, website, WhatsApp, and CRM.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Converting qualified leads into successful sales.
*2. Follow-ups & Closing*
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely closures.
Address customer objections and negotiate within company guidelines.
Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth order execution.
*3. Customer Communication*
Explain SpeedJet services, pricing, and timelines clearly.
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
Ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
*4. CRM & Reporting*
Update CRM with lead status, call notes, and sales outcomes.
Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and monthly performance reports.
Maintain accurate customer and sales documentation.
*5. Target & Performance Management*
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Improve conversion ratios and average order value.
Participate in sales reviews and strategy meetings.
*6. Compliance & Process Adherence*
Follow company sales processes, pricing policies, and approval systems.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and work discipline.

0–3 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / customer acquisition.
Experience in logistics, courier, or service sales is an advantage.
