Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to support our daily operations in Jaipur, India. This role is suitable for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience and requires at least a 12th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Office Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing office supplies and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.

2. **Documentation**: Prepare, organize, and maintain important documents and records. You will be responsible for filing paperwork and keeping digital records up-to-date, ensuring information is easily accessible.

3. **Communication**: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. You will handle phone calls, emails, and any other inquiries, providing information and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

4. **Coordination**: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes during meetings. You will help coordinate activities and events within the office to ensure smooth operations.

5. **Support**: Provide general administrative support to different departments as needed. This may include data entry, managing schedules, and assisting with special projects to support team efforts.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach. Basic computer skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn. A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team are also important for success in this role.
