Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain customer records and update all CRM data accurately.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client follow-up and work completion.

Track daily client status, pending tasks, and service progress.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.

Ensure all client documents, payments, and communication records are properly maintained.

Support the branch administration team in day-to-day operations and help improve customer satisfaction.
