key responsibilities:
maintain and update financial records and ledgers
prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
manage accounts payable and receivable
assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
prepare and maintain reports related to cash flow, budgets, and expenditures
ensure timely compliance with tax and statutory requirements (gst, tds, etc.)
assist in internal and external audits
collaborate with team members to support overall financial goals
use accounting software for daily entries
