Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven, client-focused Account Executive to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Youll work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and proposals
Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to decision-makers
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Collaborate with internal teams (., marketing, product, support) to ensure client success and retention
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
24 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM tools (., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
