Job Description

Responsibilities:

Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts in the Nashik region, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.

Understanding Client Needs: Proactively understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to identify opportunities for our [Specify Products/Services] to provide value.

Developing Client Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present tailored solutions, proposals, and presentations that address client needs and align with their strategic goals.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and achieve revenue targets within assigned accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, manage the sales cycle, and close deals effectively.

Client Retention and Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, excellent service delivery, and timely resolution of any issues.

Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to foster long-term growth and partnership with key clients in Nashik.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client developments within the local market.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and provide regular reports and forecasts on account performance.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales support, technical teams, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.

Identifying New Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potentially within the broader Nashik market.

Contract Management: Assist with the management of client contracts and agreements.

Communication (Local Emphasis): Communicate effectively and professionally with clients in Marathi and Hindi. Basic English
