Job Description:

Mithra Institute of Management Studies (MIMS) is seeking Academic Counselors to guide prospective students in choosing the right academic programs and ensure a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about the institute€™s programs, eligibility, and career prospects.

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

Guide students through the admission process, documentation, and application formalities.

Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team to achieve enrollment targets.

Organize and participate in educational events, webinars, and career counseling sessions.

Follow up with potential students to ensure high conversion rates.
