handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to convert enquiries into admissions.

assist students in completing application forms, documentation, and admission-related processes.

achieve monthly counselling and admission targets by maintaining strong student engagement.

build and maintain a positive relationship with students, parents, and institutional partners.

prepare reports, track student progress, and maintain accurate records in crm systems.

key skills required:
