The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts, analyzing results, and ensuring applications meet performance and scalability requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute performance test plans using JMeter.Identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and system limitations.Analyze test results, prepare performance reports, and provide optimization recommendations.Work closely with developers, QA, and business teams to resolve issues.Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.Contribute to performance testing best practices and process improvements.Required SkillsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance testing with Apache JMeter.Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.Good understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, and client-server architecture.Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Good to HaveExperience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, AppDynamics, etc.).Knowledge of scripting languages (Java, Python, Groovy) for customization.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Navi Mumbai)

Responsible for monitor plant performance through Centralized Monitoring System and optimize the asset performance through regular feedback to site coordinator/site in charge. Also, interaction with customer on plant optimization and feedback for improvement in performance if needed.Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of Pvsyst Knowledge of Advance Excel Analysis of plant with Pvsyst simulation on monthly basis with site measured data Energy and PR modelling for third party O&M with Pvsyst simulation Communication with internal and external stake holder for value added feedbacks on time to time from operation of plant. SOP Preparation & record keeping. Performance Analysis with analytical tool Preparation of contractual deliverables and monitoring.Technical Competencies: 0-2 + years experience in renewable field. Interested in solar technology Any certificate in solar technology (Like PV Syst/PV SOL/GSES/NISE) is desirable. B.E Electrical / Electronics & communications Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing in English. Experience with budget and business plan development

Independently conduct solar resource assessment and compute energy yields using industrystandards simulating software tool like PVsyst Detailed technical assessment of PV modules and inverters. Mine and analyze various test result databases for unique and interestingperspectives on findings and trends. Support projects such as client technical report improvements, including visualization ofdata. Research, compile and assess solar and storage market data for use in technical marketingpublications. Contribute to and write solar and storage technical thought leadership pieces. Mine and analyze various databases for unique and interesting perspectives on findings and trends. Conduct technical assessment of PV plant components, electrical scheme, design, long termenergy yields. Maintain awareness of new product technology and communicate pertinent developmentswith colleagues.Required Skills: Familiar with international standards for solar PV systems, and other relevant standards. Experienced with solar PV system design, inverters, wiring, grounding, utilities interface andperformance monitoring. Hands on experience in Solar PV yield prediction softwares like PVSyst, Helios, Aurora, PVSoletc. An understanding of the key technical aspects of solar projectMinimum of 3 years experience in solar PV projects (preferably in MW scale plants).

Must have experience in JMeter, LoadRunner.Experience in NeoLoad , Gatling will be add-on.
