about the role

we are looking for a skilled performance test engineer with strong hands-on experience in apache jmeter to join our team in navi mumbai. the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts, analyzing results, and ensuring applications meet performance and scalability requirements.

key responsibilities

design, develop, and execute performance test plans using jmeter.

identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and system limitations.

analyze test results, prepare performance reports, and provide optimization recommendations.

work closely with developers, qa, and business teams to resolve issues.

conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

contribute to performance testing best practices and process improvements.

required skills

minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance testing with apache jmeter.

strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.

good understanding of web applications, apis, databases, and client-server architecture.

ability to analyze logs, metrics, and monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks.

strong problem-solving and communication skills.

good to have

experience with monitoring tools (dynatrace, grafana, kibana, appdynamics, etc.).

knowledge of scripting languages (java, python, groovy) for customization.

exposure to ci/cd pipelines and devops practices.
