Hiring Fresher / Hardware & Network Engineer / I.T.I.

We are looking for a motivated Hardware & Network Engineer to join our team in Virar. This entry-level position is suitable for candidates with minimal experience and an . certification. As a Hardware & Network Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and Configure Hardware: Set up computers, servers, and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance for all users.

- Maintain Network Systems: Regularly check and troubleshoot network systems to prevent downtime and ensure reliable connectivity.

- Monitor System Performance: Assess hardware and network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make necessary upgrades.

- Provide Technical Support: Assist colleagues with hardware or network issues by troubleshooting problems and offering solutions in a timely manner.

- Document Processes: Keep accurate records of hardware installations, configurations, and maintenance for future reference.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A basic understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts is essential. Familiarity with Ethernet and wireless technologies is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address technical issues as they arise.

- Good communication skills to explain technical information clearly to coworkers and support users.

- Ability to work in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
