Key Responsibilities:

2. **Manual and Automated Testing**: Execute both manual and automated tests to find defects. This includes running test scripts and validating that the software functions as intended, identifying bugs, and reporting issues.

3. **Defect Tracking and Reporting**: Use tracking tools to document defects and monitor their resolution. Communicating the status of defects to development teams is crucial for prompting quick fixes.

4. **Collaboration with Development Teams**: Work closely with developers and other team members to understand the software development process. This collaboration helps in identifying and addressing quality issues early in the development lifecycle.

5. **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to the improvement of the testing process and methodologies. Sharing insights and suggesting enhancements can lead to improved product quality and more efficient testing.
