Job Description

Talent Zone Consultant is hiring a Principal Systems Engineer (DV, V&V) for a leading engineering organization. The role will be responsible for system-level verification and validation, ensuring products meet defined functional, performance, safety, and quality requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead system-level Design Verification (DV) and Verification & Validation (V&V) activities.

Develop verification strategies, test plans, test cases, procedures, and acceptance criteria.

Translate system requirements into verification and validation requirements.

Drive requirements traceability and ensure complete verification coverage.

Lead integration, functional, performance, and system-level testing.

Analyze test results, identify failures, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.

Collaborate with Systems, Software, Hardware, Quality, Safety, and Product Engineering teams.

Support risk analysis, design reviews, technical documentation, and compliance activities.

Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across verification and validation projects.
