We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers desired travel dates.Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.Selling and promoting reservation services.Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Employees are often scheduled to work nights, weekends, and holidays, which are typically the busiest times for this sector. Interact with customers and ensure that they have a pleasant experience. Monitor customers for violations of gaming regulations & policies. Inform their supervisor or a security employee of any irregularities they observe. Enforce safety rules and report hazards. Explain how to play the games to customers. Keep an eye on customers and employees to ensure compliance with all gaming and house rules. Schedule when and where employees in their section will work. Interview, hire, and train new employees. Maintain familiarity with the games at a facility, and with strategies and tricks used by cheaters at such games. Perform paperwork required for monetary transactions. Provide fire protection and first-aid assistance when necessary. Review operational expenses, budget estimates and collection reports for accuracy. Should be able to run the day-to-day operation of the floor. Should have to ability to do multitask with high rate of accuracy.Work Experience in a Related OccupationGaming and slot supervisors and gaming managers usually have several years of experience working in a gaming parlours / gaming event. Gaming supervisors often have experience as a gaming supervisor/ dealer/ gaming event manager or in the customer outreach department of the gaming parlours/event managers. Slot supervisors usually have experience as a slot technician or slot attendant. Some also may have worked in entry-level marketing or customer-service positions.Mandatory Skills requirement 1. Participate with an extended team to perform analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents of intermediate complexity and escalate appropriately. Manage Agile sprint tasks efficiently and honestly Work with internal customers and various teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.Knowledge/Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience. 4 or more years of programming/development experience preferred. Experience in an external customer facing position also preferred, although this position is not external customer facing. Experience with Java and IOC. Experience with REST API s. Understanding of Micro Services Architecture a plus. Experience with SQL Databases (Oracle). Communication - Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely interact with team members, document work in a clear, easy to follow manner, collaborate well with team members, take in high level requirements and ask the right questions to ensure clarification, seek out and receive constructive criticism. Experience with messaging tools (RabbitMQ, Pulsar, Kafka) is a plus. Agile experience preferred. Experience with Play framework a plus. Pipeline delivery a plus knowing what it means to take something to production. Ability to understand technical concepts necessary to do the job effectively, demonstrate willingness, cooperation, and concern for business issues and possess understanding of realistic limitations.
