Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for chasing outstanding invoices from customers of our clients.Contact overdue customers and chases for payment in accordance with rules set by the engagementProactively collect and escalate overdue accounts and ensures customer payment to termsDocument customer interactions into systemMaintain a ledger as part of the credit teamPerforms basic reconciliationsFollow control and compliance regulationsMaintain accurate and up to date customer details and account recordsAble to communicate with key stakeholders across different levels in a manner that leads to desired outcomesDesired Skills:Must have Experience in Fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can applyMust have experience on Tele-collection/Tele performance in internationalDebt collection /recovery experience is a plusGood Communication & Verbal skillsProficient Negotiation skillsExperience: 0 to 7 Years

Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities (CA driven) and commercial assets Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. Cross-sells bank products to existing set of branch customers, which are mapped Informs customers of new products or product enhancements further to expand the banking relationship. Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
