The HVAC Procurement Specialist/Manager will be responsible for the strategic sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of all HVAC-related materials, equipment, and services required for projects, operations, and inventory. This role ensures optimal cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

An HVAC technician installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. They ensure proper functioning of HVAC equipment in various settings, like homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. Their duties include troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of HVAC systems, as well as providing preventative maintenance and customer service.

Design and execute HVAC systems for commercial and residential buildings, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability.Analyse project specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive HVAC design solutions.Conduct load calculations, equipment selection, and duct design to ensure optimal system performanceCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.Implement industry standards and best practices in HVAC design and installation.Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
