JOB DESCRIPTION-1 Sending quotes to email inquiries 2 Follow up for orders of all quotes sent3 Calling and getting inquiries or orders from Category C of clients 4 Responsible to report to your senior on the number of inquiries replied, no. of quotes sent, no. of cold calls done, no. of orders received 5 Responsible to inform senior on no. of orders lost and their specific reason so we can improve next time 6 Forwarding stock files to clients on daily basis and following up on orders 7 Outstanding follow-up with respective clients before any transaction 8 Support to order team in cross-checking rates given by us against order rates 9 Support to order team in case required for calling and explaining to clients 10 Follow up with the Purchase team for rates of special or nonstock or drawing items 11 Reporting to senior whenever asked 12 Responsible to share reports of all inquiries and quotes daily 13 Get training from seniors to improve sales skills 14 Coordinate with tele caller and international executive in workRegards,Shubha AgnihotriHR RecruiterDeputize Consultancy Pvt.
