Coach

Develop Life Advisors to make them self-dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews, and assisting them in their career path with Kotak Life Insurance.

Leader

Drive sales for the company through their team of life advisors, motivate their team and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company.

Skills-

Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Achievement Oriented

Basis Computer Skills (MS - Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
