job purpose:
lead, manage, deliver & coordinate new hire & existing employee training across the region.
essential duties and responsibilities:
1. train employees on soft skills, sales & operations & functional (it tools) skills.
2. conduct training for employees in the bottom quartile and enable them to deliver the desired performance.
3. closely work with corporate training team & deliver training program as per the guidelines.
4. prepare & publish performance reports of training participants on a timely basis.
5. conduct team-building workshops, sales & refresher training based on monthly knowledge checks.
6. implement relevant measures to achieve the desired level of customer satisfaction across the region.
7. work closely with corporate training & quality team to understand regional learning gaps.
8. design content & develop training programs as per need analysis (tna).
9. discuss & understand training needs (tni) by closing by working with concerned stakeholders.
desired qualification & skill requirements:
· training delivery experience of minimum 5 years.
· full-time mba. (preferred)
· proficient with microsoft office.
· desired traits: self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive, high on interpersonal & communication skills.
· training/ l & d certification would be an added advantage.
travel requirement
the job profile requires the candidate to travel across the south region.
