As a Tele Caller in a Domestic BPO setting, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote products or services, following up on leads, and setting up appointments. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all calls made and update customer information in the database.To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers in conversation. You should be persuasive, confident, and have a positive attitude.
