IT Technical Recruiter (Full Time)

We are seeking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at Bharat Headhunters a venture of BHHS Technologies Limited. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process and ensuring the selection of qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with a focus on manpower recruitment in India, Malaysia, South Africa and UAE. Work location is based out of Bangalore.

Qualifications And Skills

€¢ Experience as a HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

€¢ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

€¢ Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.

€¢ Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.

€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

€¢ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

€¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

€¢ Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software.

€¢ Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

€¢ Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, screening resumes, and

conducting interviews.

€¢ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted job descriptions.

€¢ Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and

referrals.

€¢ Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates.

€¢ Perform reference and background checks on potential candidates.

€¢ Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

€¢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.

€¢ Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates.

€¢ Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract suitable candidates.

€¢ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

€¢ Mentoring and guiding the junior team members.
