IT Technical Recruiter (Full Time)

We are seeking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at Bharat Headhunters a venture of BHHS Technologies Limited. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process and ensuring the selection of qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with a focus on manpower recruitment in India, Malaysia, South Africa and UAE. Work location is based out of Bangalore.

Qualifications And Skills

Experience as a HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.

Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, screening resumes, and

conducting interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted job descriptions.

Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and

referrals.

Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates.

Perform reference and background checks on potential candidates.

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.

Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates.

Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract suitable candidates.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Mentoring and guiding the junior team members.
