Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned market. Run a sophisticated sales pipeline management for new outbounds and nurturing. Job Description:The Analysts mandate is to oversee all aspects of the fund, including the following: Overseeing the funds investment and operations, sourcing investment opportunitiesconducting due diligence (financial, legal and regulatory) and risk analysis Merger and Acquisition Structuring and negotiating investment terms The Fund Analyst is expected to develop and refine potential investment opportunities andpipeline. Liaise with Financial institutions to seek information and keep abreast of latestdevelopments in Real Estate sector Transaction Risk management. Process control, management and deal compliance. Work out different financial models and analyze the impact on various investment options. Analyse and work out the financials for the deal. Analyze incoming real estate (residential, commercial, or industrial) opportunities in order toassist in growth of the real estate portfolio. Coordinate with developers to make disbursements in accordance with approved budgetsand work programme. Present analytical reporting, performance reporting and valuation.

Manage AIF Fund Organisation including set up, compliance, reporting Preparation of Deal Term sheet, Fee Letters, Information Memorandum, InvestmentTeaser, Investment Committee Note ROI, NPV, IRR and computation of other returns metrics Assist in structuring, review and execution of Transaction Documents and obtainingcustody letter from Debenture Trustee Checking application forms and Preparing MIS for Investors Review and rectify executed documents in case of any error Bank Account reconciliation/ Checking credit/ debit amount in Escrow Account Handling Disbursement request by Developer/ Investee companies and transferringfunds from Escrow Accounts (sync with use of funds per DTD) and obtain relevantInvoices/receipts from Developer Business Plan monitoring and reconciliation (Detailed cash inflows and outflows) Issuing Debenture Allotment Letters and confirming IRR start dates with Investors Maintaining deal tracker with respect to all the documents related to transaction Preparation of Interest Servicing statements (per latest Beneficiary Position statement)and ensure TDS payments for Debenture Holders Manage NOC and other request by Developer/ Investee Company Preparing Investor update letter for Investors Responding to queries raised by Investors Calculating security cover and keep track on Business Plan performance Ensure regular Interest and Principal payments per DTD. In case of any deviation,intimating Developer and Debenture Trustee and take appropriate steps Understand Accounts, taxation, financial analysis of each transaction

Keep track ofcompetitors business models Marketing of Clients funds (onshore & offshore) Increase Clients universe of investors, LPs, Co-investors Understanding of RE NCDs and PE deals, financial closure of transactions2. Investment BankingExpand investor relations to close Investment banking deals3. Compliance and reporting required for Investors, distributors, etc.
