Bulk Hiring Strategy:Develop and implement effective strategies for bulk hiring across multiple non-IT departments within the organization.Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and forecast recruitment requirements.Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and pre-screen candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.Recruitment Process Management:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring initiatives, from job posting to offer acceptance.Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities efficiently, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.Candidate Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance as needed.Data Analysis and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, including applicant tracking, sourcing metrics, and hiring trends for bulk hiring projects.Generate reports and insights to evaluate recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and support strategic decision-making.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support in delivering client solutions.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to key decision-makers.Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training and professional development opportunities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in the [industry/sector].Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
