This role is ideal for recent CA graduates or individuals with less than 1 year of professional experience in accounting and finance.Responsibilities:Assist in financial statement preparation and analysis.Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making processes.Qualifications:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with less than 1 year of post-qualification experience.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
