Responsibilities: Be an active member of the teaching and contribute to the overall leadership and management of the IELTS/PTE department. Develop and sustain appropriate management of all the modules of IELTS/PTE with proper training. Should concern students in respect of their teaching in classrooms. Should concern about the availability of content and other resources to the students. Should be innovative with refresh information and develop new programs in order to the progress of students. Should be responsible for in-house training sessions for best team growth. Should be responsible for the motivational sessions with students and teachers. Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language. Presentation and Teaching Skills An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds. Candidate who can teach both General English and IELTS/PTE programs would be preferred.Experience required for the job: 2 years and above as an IELTS/PTE Trainer.Annual Salary of the Job: Decent hike on last drawn salary.
