Roles and Responsibilities: Daily Run and Maintain Operational activities for Material Master, Customer Master, and Vendor Master data objects globally in SAP MDG platform Data Quality- Data Cleansing, Data Enrichment and De-duplication projects for all the global master data objects Troubleshoot the data issues in MDG/ SAP, IDOCs troubleshooting Develop business rules and policies for MDM- Material/ Customer/ Vendor domains, and implement strong data governance models to ensure adherence to established rules Set, monitor, and drive improvement on company KPIs related master data management (MDM) Communicate with stakeholders across the organization on a regular basis, providing visibility and insight on MDM policy changes, data issues, improved contingencies and corrective action plans as required Provide testing support for new system enhancements and project implementation Maintain standard operating procedures related to all master data objects creation and change requests, ensuring that only approved and valid changes are permitted in the system Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate business value for master data initiatives, using that information to prioritize action items Liaison between IT and business partners to ensure that both business and technical needs are translated and addressed
